Place cubes in a row a step apart. Then try to walk on them, gently placing your feet on the toe. This is definitely not easy!
Walking on cubes develops balance and movement coordination, strengthens stabilizing muscles. This is an excellent exercise for rock climbers. The cubes will help you understand the principle of shifting the weight from one leg to another, as well as how to place your feet properly.
